Account Deletion and Your Data ------------------------------ You may request deletion of Your Account and associated Personal Data at any time. You can do this by: * using the account deletion function within the Application at: Settings (three dots at top right of app) > Account Settings > Delete Account * or by emailing Us at: glinde@odocs-tech.com When We receive a valid account deletion request: * access to the Service associated with that Account will be terminated; * Your Personal Data associated with the Account will be deleted or anonymized from Our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required or permitted by law for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Please note: * Deleting the Application from Your Device does not automatically delete Your Account or Personal Data. * If You want Your Account and associated data deleted, You must use the in-app deletion option or contact Us directly. * Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Disclosure of Your Personal Data -------------------------------- Business Transactions ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
